- Contacting customers to prepare the relevant documents
- Collecting the relevant documents from customers
- Documentation of the submission form in accordance with councils requirement
- Delivering the submission card / letter back to the customer
- Checking the process of the application at the councils
- Getting the approval bill from councils (by request)
(the approval bill from the councils will be posted by normal mail to customers within 3 months time from the submission date)
