Applying New Premis (Business) / Store & Signboard License in DBKL (Kuala Lumpur)

1. Applying Lesen Premis (Business) / Store License = RM 250.00 - 350.00
2. Applying Lesen Iklan (Signboard) = RM 250.00 - 550.00

(* The above service charges are EXCLUSIVE of the License Fees to DBKL upon approval of the license)

The documents which we required are :-

1. Copy of Company Registration (SSM) -full set (3 sheets) or Form 9 & Form 49
2. Copy of Tenancy or Sales & Purchase Agreement - full set
3. Copy of I/C of one partner or Director
4. Visual of the signboard - you may email to our address at ykh_rb@yahoo.com
5. Premise Layout plan - you may get from the renovation contractor
